Zilpik is a venue made up of independent sellers who run their own shops. This means that each seller is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Individual policies will vary from shop to shop.
As a seller, you are liable to provide correct details of a product while adding a product to Zilpik. Zilpik reserves the right to remove or modify your Profile/Product without stating reasons or any prior notice.
As a seller on Zilpik, you’re expected to clearly state your policies regarding returns and refunds in your Product policies while adding a product. This includes:
- Whether or not you accept returns.
- The time frame in which you may accept a return.
- Whether you or the customer will pay for the cost of return shipping for any items that are sent back to you.
When a buyer cancels a product, the cancellation request would be sent to you as a notification in the support panel of the store manager. Seller takes the sole responsibility to check these notifications and address the concerns to conclude on a resolution. Risk of damage during shipment of placed order is borne by the seller.
To cancel a transaction or return a product, contact the Seller via Zilpik’s Support’ in My account – Orders – Support. Cancellation of orders beyond 24 hours upon receiving the shipment is invalid. Any order, will be active for a cancellation only for a period of 24 hours from the time of receiving the shipment. Post verification and confirmation of the return request, Buyer must make sure to upload picture of the received product in the same condition as received and the return shipment proof in the support panel for the specific order under My account -> Orders -> Support.
Risk of a refund rejection due to damage of the returned product during shipment is borne by the buyer. Under no circumstances will Zilpik be responsible for any issues related to Shipping, Product damage or Refund although Zilpik would front end in trying to resolve the issue for the best possible resolution .
Refund for cancelled/returned products will be credited within 21 business days from the date of resolution.
